Home site (lot) owners can enjoy Dream Mountain Ranch at one of two dues levels - Hunting or Non-Hunting Membership.

Hunting Members pay annual dues of $3,500 which gives them access to the property for huting pursuits. This fee is used to pay for staffing, nutrition supplements, food plots, medical expenses, fence maintenance, herd management, and other expenses associated with operating a private hunting preserve. Additionally, this annual fee provides for one guided white-tail hunt per year per member (no size limit). Beyond the guided hunt, unlimited use of the bow hunting area is included until annual limits are reached - currently 1 white-tail per member per year. Other limits are established for bear, coyote, wild turkey, grouse, quail, elk, and bison.

Non-hunting members pay $900 per year per lot owner for enjoying all the other various Dream Mountain ammenities.
