Currently the purchase of a lot within The Preserve at Dream Mountain Ranch comes with a membership to the ranch property (initiation fees waived). This allows you to not only enjoy your 2 - 5 acre homesite but also have access to hundreds of acres of outdoor adventure.

With Ranch membership comes your ability to enjoy the many ammenites within the property and to use fee-based ammenities like our guest cabins, Hunt Lodge, horse barn, and other Ranch facilities.

Dream Mountain Ranch will soon become a private property to be used by its lot owners and guests. Special owner rates will be offered as part of your lot ownership privileges.
